Terms of Service

Welcome to Exporya. These terms govern your use of our website and your order of any of our services — from company formation to trademark registration and document legalisation. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them, so please take a few minutes to read them. We have written them in plain language so your rights and obligations are clear.

Who we are

The services on this website are provided by Exporya Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom with Companies House under number 13585919, with its registered office at 1 Bedford Row, Chincilla Suite 105, London, England, WC1R 4BU. We are a Companies House authorised agent (ACSP) for identity verification and company formation, supervised for anti-money-laundering purposes by HMRC under registration XWML00000209713, and the Exporya trademark is registered in the UK under number UK00003980190. For anything concerning these terms, contact support@exporya.com.

Scope of our services

We provide professional facilitation and agency services:

  • Company formation.
  • Trademark registration.
  • Apostille certification of documents.

In practice, we prepare, file and follow up your applications on your behalf before the competent official bodies — Companies House, HMRC, trademark offices and the UK's FCDO.

It is important to understand that the final decision on any application — approval of a company name or a trademark, for example — rests with the official body itself, not with us, and that the information published on our website is general guidance and does not replace tailored legal or tax advice for your specific situation.

Your obligations

So that we can serve you properly, you undertake to:

  • Accurate information and documents: Provide accurate, genuine and valid information and documents — any forged document or misleading information voids the service immediately without refund, and we may report it to the competent authorities, as our legal duties as an ACSP require.
  • Timely identity verification: Respond to identity-verification requests in good time — delays in supplying documents delay delivery timelines.
  • Lawful use: Use your company and our services only for lawful activities, in compliance with UK law and international sanctions.
  • Keeping us informed: Notify us of any change in your details or circumstances that could affect the service.

Prices and renewals

The prices published on our website, exporya.com, are the sole official source for our service pricing — do not rely on any different price reaching you through a message or advertisement from another source without confirming it on the website first.

  • Annual renewal: Annual renewal fees — or how to obtain their details — are stated within each package from day one, so you know the true long-term cost of your company with no surprises, and we notify you well before renewal falls due.
  • Price changes: We may change prices at any time, but every paid order is delivered at the price agreed at the time of payment.
  • Government and official fees: They are set by the relevant authorities, and changes to them are outside our control.

Service timelines

All durations quoted on our website — such as UK company formation within 1–3 working days — are working-day estimates based on our actual track record, counted from the moment your documents are complete and your identity verification is approved, not from the moment of payment.

Final completion speed depends partly on the official bodies themselves, and any delay originating with them, or with circumstances beyond our reasonable control, does not constitute a breach on our part — but we commit to keeping you updated on every development through your client dashboard or WhatsApp.

Refunds and company closure

  • Closing your UK company: If you decide to close your UK company, we confirm the cost of the closure procedure with you before it starts. Note that closure stops the banking services and payment gateways linked to the company, so arrange your funds before starting the procedure.
  • Refund requests: They are reviewed case by case according to how far the service has progressed, and the full refund eligibility details for each service are confirmed with you before your order is completed.
  • Government and official fees: Fees already paid to the relevant authorities are generally not recoverable from them.

For any refund request, email support@exporya.com.

Limits of liability

We deliver our services with full care and professionalism, but our contractual liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect losses, loss of profit or business opportunity.
  • The decisions of official bodies, such as rejection of a company name or a trademark application.
  • The decisions of independent third parties such as banks and payment gateways (account opening and gateway activation are their final decisions, not ours).

Nothing in these terms, however, excludes or limits our liability where UK law does not permit it to be excluded — such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms — and any dispute arising from them or from our services — are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over them.

  • Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time; any change appears on this page with the "last updated" date at the top, and your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
