Why Exporya?
A real London office
Our team works from an office in London, and we are a Companies House authorised agent (ACSP) for UK company services. That authorisation concerns Companies House only; apostilles and legalisation are always issued by the competent official authorities.
An official route only
No shortcuts and no unofficial stamps: the apostille from the competent authority in the country of issue, and legalisation from the embassy or consulate itself.
Requirements confirmed before you pay
We ask about the recipient's requirements and review your document before sending the quote, so it is not rejected after legalisation.
Follow-up in Arabic
From the order to delivery, with an update at every stage, and in English where needed.
Frequently asked questions
An apostille is a single certificate that is enough in countries party to the Hague Convention. Countries that are not party require legalisation by their embassy or consulate, and sometimes a further legalisation after the document arrives. The list of non-party countries is on this page.
Not always. Some official documents are accepted directly; others need a notary's or solicitor's signature. We review your document and tell you.
It depends on the country and the authority: in the UK the standard official service takes up to 25 working days and the electronic service up to two working days, and embassy times vary. We give you an expected time for your case in the quote.
No. The UAE is not party to the Apostille Convention; the document needs legalisation by the issuing country's foreign ministry, then the UAE embassy, and possibly the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We obtain apostilles from several US states and confirm the state you need when you enquire. A state-issued document is apostilled by that state's Secretary of State; a federal document by the US Department of State.

No. For the quote a description of the document and the country of use is enough. Once you approve the quote, documents are uploaded in the client dashboard only, and handled under our privacy policy.
Tell us about your document and we set the route and the price
Tell us the type of document, its country of issue, who has asked for it and the country where you will use it. Pricing depends on the document, its number, the country and the delivery destination, and you receive a clear written quote with every item before paying anything.
Do not send documents or photos of them over WhatsApp or e-mail: once you approve the quote they are uploaded in the client dashboard only, and handled under our privacy policy.
