The Exporya story
We help Arabic-speaking entrepreneurs and firms form companies and protect their trademarks in the UK and the USA — officially, in their own language, without travelling.
How we got here
Exporya grew out of our e-commerce work, when we saw entrepreneurs with real ideas stopped by a wall of procedures: forming a company, a payment gateway, a bank account — all of it complicated, and none of it in their language. We decided to be the ones who make that road simpler.
In 2021 we were formally incorporated in the United Kingdom as Exporya Ltd (Companies House no. 13585919), with our office at 1 Bedford Row, Chincilla Suite 105, London, England, WC1R 4BU. Since then we have specialised in UK and US company formation and in trademark registration in the UK, the USA and Europe — official procedures, with prices published from day one.
Today we are a Companies House authorised agent (ACSP) for UK company services, supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering (no. XWML00000209713), and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection (no. ZB614381). Each of these numbers is a commitment to the UK authorities that you can verify yourself in its official register.
